Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns
Due to the nature of perfume products, opened, used, or sprayed products cannot be returned or refunded.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary.
